This campaign is designed to acknowledge the lack of accessibility to mental health services, raise awareness around the topic, and minimize the stigma. Through research, part of the solution is understanding your own mental health and how to express it. The following touchpoints are aimed towards college students during our current social climate to impact their views on their own mental health and others.
